Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Items purchased during sale event* or with a *discount code* are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:
1. Email us at support@allthingsnayab.in with your order number, reason for return, and images of the product if it’s defective or damaged.
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@allthngsnayab.in.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns).
- Items on sale or purchased with discounts.
